They help each other when they can.

More ways of getting to know you,r co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The free stuff and everything else is somewhat expensive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There can be times when they are not, but most of the time they are helpful.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Different work hours and schedules. We do 8-hour shifts when I was told other facilities do 12 hours with better schedules.
