Terrible. Bad pay. Bad benefits. Bad work environment. Bad coworkers. not a great place to work
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating everyone as people not as someone who is replacible

Pay staff better and provide better benefits, get more staff. Make this place somewhere people actually want to work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co workers gossip and start drama too much. I feel if we could be a united front the facility wouldn't be hurting so bad
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a shift supervisor and i have to do 4 other peoples job, I am never given a "good job" that means something. I am underpaid compared to the facilities around me.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Look out for the employee's more. Pay them a real wage to not only keep up and or exceed the facilities around us. Provide real benefits that are affordable. provide a real retirement. The company is set up to never retain staff in the long term.
