What did you like most about the interview process?
Make it more accessible. I only got in because I knew someone who was already working there.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have hard working cashiers and assistant managers who do their best, and are very friendly with customers. They are the ones who bear the brunt of the work load.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with assistant managers and providing the proper amount of hours in order to be able to realistically run a store. And there needs to be decency from store managers to assistant managers. There are too many expectations with no realistic support or help.
