We keep everyone involved. Recurring FGDs conducted diff levels. It is all about inclusion, listening to each department, every single one taking ownership of their part. It is all about partnership, having a united front, everyone knows what the goal is and every action is geared towards that goal

We encourage and have a lot of engagement activities with the team. This is not something that is optional but rather really encouraged. It is a fital part of creating a culture of inclusion and a fun at work environment. Talents being recognized, prizes being given away, rewards and recognition.
