Senior managers lack leadership skills, knowledge of best practices, lack cultural awareness, and are unwilling to address egregious problems with bullying.

Rather than establishing clear goals and shared rewards at the onset, bonuses are seemingly arbitrarily decided and awared.

Made 5 'phone calls over 24 hours and spoke to 5 different people, none of whom could get me an urgent appointment due to the engineer failing to arrive.

Dunkin': Proper training of management relating to proper handle of PPI and customer relations. Either train better or pay more so you stop having to hire the bottom of the barrel people willing to work at your given wages.
Deckers Brands: I work in store with ugg and the manager team is so unprofessional and unprepared that it has created unsafe work conditions for the staff at our location. Also our manager penalizes us for his forgetfulness or his mistakes. So its really an unfair work environment.
Leviton: They hire people from other countries because they will work at lower salaries , there is no advancement at Leviton below mid management
Ace Hardware: Great place to work. The pricing system is way to antiquated.. Most of the time the one gun never works. Zero efficiency.
