We strive to support our customer (military) and take great pride in providing them with the latest and greatest.

I love the leadership team here in Amarillo. They are the best and truly care about our mission and community

Their dedication to completing the job correctly the first time and in a timely manner. They truly care about the work they are doing and it shows daily.

Working at Bell has been the best career path I have ever taken. The culture here is awesome. Leadership truly cares about its employee's and strives to deliver a great product for our customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need a better medical package, for instance having to pay extra to cover your spouse is ridiculous. My spouse works in non-profit, and they do not offer a good medical package at all, yet I have to pay a lot yearly just to cover her as well. This should not happen. Pay is also not up to par.
