I've missed out on minimum of 3 of the preparer bonuses because of this discrimination, I will never work for this location or any of the locations in Kentucky again. U.S. Bank: I had an account for over 20 years but I had to close it due to US Bank's incompetence. First you incorrectly input my check. You then incorrectly charged me fees, then sent a letter explaining your error and reversed the charges. Two weeks later, you added the charges back. So here we go again!
