Certinia: I think my responses may seem a little contradictory. Certinia is a great place to work. That said, the largely virtual model is hugely flexible, but can be lonely and isolating. I can work for days without any feedback. Perhaps just a symptom of the role.
VCA: I'm happy with the specific location that I'm working at overall. My hospital manager has been a huge help/support to me over the past three years. As a corporation, I feel like VCA can do better about supporting their employees.
