Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A higher salary would be great. The benefits make up for it (e.g., billable overtime hours).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team is friendly, positive and willing to assist. There are no egos. The focus is keeping our systems strong and improving them where we can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the lack of egos, lack of drama. It's clear with everything that I see and hear that leadership is focused on serving our customers and satisfying their needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Esri is very open, welcoming and transparent. We have many, many Teams channels that cover a variety of work- and non-work-related topics. Innovation is celebrated. Process improvements are celebrated.
