I like to work with other departments. We have meetings to figure out problems, and it gives happiness when we accomplish it together. I like to come to work every morning to help vendors, client and other team members.

We cross train each other, so we know how to help when an issue comes up all the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take initiative and lead by example. They also care about our personal lives, celebrating things like baby showers and birthdays.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We just had Employee Appreciation Day, and we were served breakfast by managers. Our team received a card and gift card from our TL. I feel very appreciated and loved.
What makes you most happy at work?
I make a to do list everyday as soon as I get to work. And I feel very successful and happy when I check it to be done and completed. Also, when I get a heart from my co-workers after I advise them.
