Salesforce was a great company to work for when I started. The culture has deteriorated, but it still good. The company went all in on DEI and hasn't stepped back like other firms did, which has led to the tokenization of people of color and the hiring of a number of underqualified leaders

Been here 19 years and still going. Generally still love the culture and company, however get overwhelmed with information overload and the speed of AI/product rollouts to keep up.

Started out amazingly, but slowly changed as the pandemic slowed. We had amazing benefits and were working from home that it was all eliminated. We also had a massive layoff 2 years ago - two fifths of my team were eliminated and never replaced. Everybody now does the work of two people.

I have never been on a team with such high levels of collaboration and expertise. Truly humbling. Also, seeing my manager, and my manager's manager, roll up their sleeves is incredibly motivating in itself.

Our team is collaborative and respectful - instead of wasting energy on blame shifting and company politics, it's a team of productive and intellectual people (that I enjoy learning from) that all want to see one another succeed. They just care, which is hard to find.
