Very positive. I didn't imagine learning as much as I have when I joined the company as I was already a seasoned professional in my field. But learning is really part of the culture.

Base salary is indexed pretty fairly.

Learning, professional development, and positive reinforcement.

People are very mission-aligned. Also, positive reinforcement and recognition is very strong.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never been on a team with such high levels of collaboration and expertise. Truly humbling. Also, seeing my manager, and my manager's manager, roll up their sleeves is incredibly motivating in itself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There seems to be a lot of alignment on goals at a high level, at least in terms of how goals are discussed. This fosters a sense of comradery, even though I have little to no interaction with senior leadership.
