I love the flexibility I have to managed and prioritize my own work, and to take initiative on things I think need doing. I feel trusted.

I have almost zero work stress. Any potential sources of stress are within my control (i.e., finishing my own work tasks). I LOVE the active encouragement to volunteer to help the community we're in. I brag about this to everyone. Also the free coffee. Our baristas could win championships.
