The upper tiers of leadership are amazing. The middle tiers can be more of a mixed bag: some are mind-blowingly exceptional and some are living examples of the "Peter principle".

I love working with my co-workers; they are smart and kind people. That said, most of the company has not mastered the art of making and sticking to a meeting agenda.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Amazing culture! The only disappointing thing about the environment is that there is an under investment in video conferencing tools and software, which makes it a very HQ centric environment. Nothing hinders your ability to work with other teaming than not being able to talk to them.
