What do you like best about the leadership team?
The upper tiers of leadership are amazing. The middle tiers can be more of a mixed bag: some are mind-blowingly exceptional and some are living examples of the "Peter principle".

If it suffers from anything, it's that some are too eager to move on to the next thing without ensuring quality and completeness.

Amazing culture! The only disappointing thing about the environment is that there is an under investment in video conferencing tools and software, which makes it a very HQ centric environment. Nothing hinders your ability to work with other teaming than not being able to talk to them.

Delegate authority and consider Steve Job's perspective on management: "It doesn't make sense to hire smart people and tell them what to do; we hire smart people so they can tell us what to do."
