Collaboratively, they seem to have strong foresight of industry direction, instilling confidence throughout the company and allows us all to feel like contributors to the company's growth.

Compensation is lower than the local market average and is not balanced with the amount responsibilities I'm expected to carry nor with expectations of my availability

The culture is one of caring. The pace of work is fast and I enjoy how everyone works hard and still takes the time to care about each other and the overall goals.
