I didn't particularly like anything, it just wasn't hard.
They need to learn to communicate better and actually do their job instead of leaning on others.
They need to learn that we are all human beings, that they can't ask for miracles in a ridiculous span of time.
We have absolutely no employee discount even tho we get paid minimum wage. We have 'comissions' which is $2 per card application filled but how does that help when you get about 30 applications a month?
They need to ease up a little on the ridiculous rules and actually focus on satisfying the employees needs instead of just bashing on us. A happy employee works way better than an angry, frustrated one.
Everything is wrong, from our benefits to how we are payed and treated. There is absolutely no respect. It could only be improved by getting new managers and bosses that actually care about communication and improvement.
