Retail is hard work and people are extremely disrespectful to those who work in retail. A higher compensation would make things a little bit more worthwhile
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If i didnt have to work for a living that would be great. I always find myself in a position where things that arent my responsibility get left for me because people know I will get annoyed and do it myself
