Sears Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm eighty years old now and enjoying retirement, lot's of memories working for SEARS in the ATLANTA GEORGIA.

Lots of benefits including great health coverage. Personal days. Vacation time.

Review from Operations Dept

If I stay continuos I can retire with 25 years service and have full benefits and retirement pay.

Review from Sales Dept

The health benefits are adequate

Review from Sales Dept

Offers great health benefits for employees

Review from Sales Dept

Nothing much really just working

Review from Customer Support Dept

commission based so you are encouraged to do your best and produce for the company and you as well.

Review from Sales Dept

The pay system is not ideal. While there is no business, the commission and draw system means we are essentially working for nothing since the draw must be repaid from future sales, assuming there are any.

Review from Sales Dept

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The way company treated employees

They give more work and less pay. Hold you at part time and do nothing to help get more hours.

Review from Sales Dept

Should get paid more morny for what I do

Review from Sales Dept

I believe better pay would make myself and my fellow employees feel compensated.

Review from Sales Dept

Better benefits would be great

Review from Operations Dept

Having benefits would be wonderful

Review from Sales Dept

underpaid and overworked, always short staffed

Review from Sales Dept

Being paid the actual worthy amount as compared to type of work and expected employee work input, being paid a fair amount to how hard and how much you dedicate and serve in the position someone has.

Review from Marketing Dept

I work very hard and go beyond my duties, should be given merit raises.

No raise in 9 years, commissions reduced to less than 2%, benefits are non existent

Review from Sales Dept

We are doing more activities compare with other retail stores

Review from Customer Support Dept

Sorry CEO, worst company in the US to work for

Review from Sales Dept

yes i would like for my coworkers and i to be shown appreciation and raises when deserved and not looked past.

Review from Sales Dept

Sears is quick to penalize you for any mistake, and not hold the one responsible accountable

Review from Sales Dept

Not aware of any compensation, employee discount card handed out at the beginning hasn't ever worked

Review from Operations Dept

I just think the benefits could be better

Review from Sales Dept

paid commission, but commission can be taken away for things we have no control over
