What do you like best about the leadership team?
The senior leadership shows a great balance of tradition and a vision for the future. When you’ve been around for nearly 100 years you have to have a team that leads forward without giving up what made you good and they do a good job of that

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the different insurance options are great, and there are 401k options available. The cost to us as employees is more than dair

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits etc for seasonal too

Benefits are terrible, and raises are only possible every 4-5 years, and even then its usually only .35 cents. If your looking for a job that offers a living wage, See's Candies is not the place to look.

There is no drama. We take care of each other and like working together

More cooperation, I think people get lost in their own struggles sometimes and we can all benefit from collaboration
