What is the best part about your compensation package?It is phenomenally large! I think the company demands plenty but they reward their associates very well!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Top down change to build a core set of values and embody them. Move firm from culture of fear to one of collaboration
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Administrative leadership is terrible and is content to follow the pack. Wish they were the best and the brightest like the attorneys they hired.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?completely underqualified "old-timers" in the admin department are overpaid while the rest of us work hard and should be compensated accordingly
