What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very simple & a smooth process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I don't have a team but i love meeting other shipt shoppers out and about.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There isnt much leadership us shoppers interact with on a daily basis, as it's contract work, but any time i've gotten communication from anyone in leadership, it has been positive!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's all up to the shopper, how much you want to interact with others. I've seen those who don't interact and those who interact with everyone! All depends on the person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay was much better when i first started (early 2020) & now you really have to strategize to make the pay worth it. Very tip dependent, but it comes with tbe territory. Thankful regardless!
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to make customers' lives easier! Going above and beyond for those who may be stuck in their homes during these crazy times. Getting to know other shoppers, store employees, and even customers & making connections. It's all about the people!
