I've been a ship shopper for a few months... It was great especially their support. Things changed and there is process to hissed to issues and managing ratings is unfair. So so it was great however not not having an opportunity to speak to someone relative to overall management Can be an issue.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is something that is great when you're in the field. But awful when you need to manage backend workings
