Lately pay has been slightly lower per shop, which is pretty insulting considering gas costs more. We need to work longer and do more orders to make the same amount we used to last year. It would be awesome having a base-pay per shop of double digits rather than $7 and/or basic weekly/monthly income
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting orders worth more than $10 and getting tips.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Can't remember it so I guess that's good; simple and no-brainer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most customers are pretty generous with tips as long as I'm friendly and personable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're not really involved with us; we deal exclusively with an internal customer service which may or may not be contracted out to overseas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Again, if we're responsible for our gas bill then we need to be paid a base income weekly or monthly of at least $1k, as well as each shop being at least worth $10+. This amounts to at least $10/hour, especially when we need to drive variable distances/hour. Otherwise not worth our time.
