I've been working for shift for a year. When I first started there was plenty of work. Now I struggle to find orders and can only receive them through open Metro. Once we got rid of CVS and Party City orders there has been next to no work without struggling to find orders
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about compensation if they have the better policy for adding items sometimes I get an order of 10 and it turns into 30 and I get paid $0.25 extra. And the lack of orders coming in as unacceptable.
