What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're tightly interwoven and the Shipt community we've created feels personal and friendly. I've never felt like a stranger here, nor unwelcome.

All the free La Croix! Truly though, it is the support and friendliness experienced at the hands of my coworkers and leadership that make all the difference each day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is tightly woven and highly supportive—part of that is a necessity to survive each day, and part of it is a pleasure. We look out for our own.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was not expecting the level of compensation I received when I was first hired, and that's not saying anything about the benefits like health care, discounts on doggy day care, tons of free food, etc.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked learning the clear expectations of the position going into the interview, and the fact the interviewer was willing to explain everything in detail to make sure I fully understood it as well as the questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders on my team have supported me from day one, and I've never felt belittled, frustrated with them, ignored, or disadvantaged. I truly believe they want me to succeed and love how they push and support me to achieve my goals and the goals of the company.
