Every person here cares for each other. The employees have a wide range of interests and personalities, but we all get along wonderfully!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They genuinely care about the lives of their employees. Not just their work performance, their lives. Employees also have the freedom and empowerment from management to make decisions without hand holding
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We accrue PTO very quickly and have a lot of unspoken benefits like Dog Fridays, free lunch Fridays, unlimited snacks, etc. We also have a great 401k plan with amazing company matching
What did you like most about the interview process?
It moved very fast! Within 1 day of completing each step in the application process, I was receiving the next step very clearly and concisely. The recruiting team moved fast to make sure that I could contribute ASAP
What makes you most happy at work?
I love walking into work everyday knowing that we are all trying to win by pulling in the same direction. Everyone works hard, but we also celebrate each other's accomplishments to ensure that everyone gets recognized for their hard work!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Their is so much trust that is passed down from the CEO to the entry level employees to do what they need to do. This takes the shape of flexible scheduling, time off, decision making, etc. Each employee is truly empowered by the next level up.
