Everything is done online, so you never speak to anyone. Overall it's ok.

Having local meetings to talk about pros n cons and what we can do to improve things.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Explain how things are calculated and determined. Understanding stats, orders offered and how zones are being done can be difficult at times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They say you can make up to $20.00 an hour but that's not true. Depending on what zone your in and hours you make then yes you can make good money but not all zones are equal.
