Our team communicates extremely well. This helps us work efficiently and effectively in the office, and we appreciate each other's company outside of the office as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is easily accessible and values employee feedback. They treat everyone as their equal and engaged directly with employees. They set excellent examples for the teams they lead!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked being challenged to make a presentation to give during my final interview. There were minimal instructions, because my team wanted to see what I could come up with on my own. I was able to showcase my abilities well.
