What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people! Everyone is so encouraging and friendly. You hardly meet someone in the office that doesn't have a huge, welcoming smile on their face.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never worked in an environment quite like the one that exists at Shipt. Everyone, on my team and beyond, is so kind, welcoming. and encouraging. There is no superiority complex that makes me feel like I'm lesser than the most important person in the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The best part about the interview process for my current position was having the ability to meet with many of the team members in a team interview. While it was intimidating, it gave me a chance to get to know them in a more intimate setting and see the kind of personality on the team.
