My coworkers are the best part of the culture because we are all dealing with the same issues with management together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Those who go out of their way to do extra work and go far above expectations are not recognized when it comes to promotions and internal opportunities. This is a high-stress job and after 15 months I am still living paycheck to paycheck.
