They always have my back, always! And when a problem arises, it is very quickly addressed and solved.
What makes you most happy at work?
An ever-changing landscape of clients, job orders, and stores keeps things interesting, keeps us on our toes, and excited for what we'll get next.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Live, scheduled interview, pre-interview practice questions in location of your choice. I conducted my interview while on vacation, very early morning down at the lake. Can you imagine anything more perfect?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Shipt is great about "sharing the wealth" in fun and surprising ways, but it would be nice to have the security of benefits so that we might stay full time with such a great company.
