We get to make our own schedules so nobody is overworked it makes for a better work environment.

That is was very straight forward and they were very informative about what needed to be completed to get the position.

That you get to pick your own hours so your package is pretty much made by you because you make your own decisions about working.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a Facebook page that we can all go to it helps up get working issues off our chest and also give us valuable knowledge about our work.
