Horrible. I used to love this compared to Instacart. The company lied for a reason of deactivation and are hiding behind closed doors and refused to answer our questions.

Nothing. They don't care about their independent contractors.

It's the corporate team that's the issue, not the coworkers.

Stop screwing over your contractors. We're what makes this thing work.

Their pay structure changed and it was not for the better. They're greedy and want to keep the money and screw over their shoppers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Executive team can actually be available for questions on why they decided to permanently deactivate us. They lie for their reason for doing so.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I got deactivated for failing to maintain my rating. Absolutely ridiculous! My rating is a 4.9, and it is expected to stay at 4.7. So, the team made a HUGE mistake and will REFUSE to answer any questions. All I can say is good luck to them to find shoppers to take 11-midnight orders.
