I was busting my butt on my third week of work not really understanding how the time zones work and everything else I was getting used to it I ran late sometimes but I let my customers know everything .. Shipt drop me like a piece of trash with no explanation not even letting me explain. Horrible

Communicating with their shoppers giving a little bit more lenient possibly giving a 30 minute before and after window for people who are traveling really far to help get shopping done. Don’t just fire your shoppers without explanation it’s a bad luck on the company and to just shut somebody
