What do you like best about the leadership team?
Approachable, excellent leaders, who seek opportunities to help grow their teams. They don't do something just to do it, there is always a plan to make ecommerce better for the merchants. They are open to new ideas and appreciative of any contributions that make the flywheel spin!

What are some of the best things about your team?
They all work as a team. They know their roles well. All accept responsibility for failure as well as for wins. Honest, caring, like a great family. Working remotely takes an extra effort to have good relationships but everyone does it. Every one of my co-workers excel w/talent in many areas.
