Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked my up through the ranks of the company but, with each promotion I have only made less money each year annually with the exception of this past year. I had brought it up to my leadership but, then Covid happened and my problems felt small. I did get a better pay increase this year,

Get paid for what you do, not just what your title dictates. Pay more evenly based on this and not just where you live.

We always come together to tackle big projects regardless of what it takes including after hours. We also always offer to help each other out with individual projects when we can or when we see each other needing assistance, just like a family does.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A priority has been placed on "Listening" and making changes for the better based on what is being said. Most companies in my experience don't bother. Not only are employees heard buy, the changes are evident.

I love that I have consistent daily tasks but I also have new and a variety of things that come up as well so I never know what the day may bring. My co-workers and my manager are the best and are truly like family to me so I also enjoy working with them each day.
