Providing actual training to do my job.

Actual training. They have the tools to train us , they are just to lazy to do so

They need to provide actual job training and not lie about benefits during interviews just to get you in the door.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Never in my life have I had a THREE HOUR INTERVIEW. Ridiculous. They made false promises about what the job would entail.
