We all get along great and all work hard and take our job serious

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Not staying in one place. It's nice to get to go out and actually go meet our customers everyday

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Actually give us benefits and discounts. Higher pay for the amount of work we do and hours we put in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Even when we hit our daily, weekly or monthly goals it's never enough. If we actually got paid a salary that equals out to the hours we work.
