What does the leadership team need to get better at?The need to be better at listening to the people under them. They are to stuck on the fact that there ideas are the only ones that matter.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Support and File clerks are vastly underused and underappreciated. The work is tedious and could easily be reduced with better procedures. This would free up time for more important tasks.
