Sonic Drive-In Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Do not receive benefits, the quality of choices are a poor quality from what Ive seen or understand

Nothing is good at this store

Money just saying yall feel me

I am able to take care of personal issues

Not sure about this question

Review from Customer Success Dept

I need full time hours because i have health that i need to pay for

Nothing really I don't know

Getting just a couple cents off my meal.

. . the free food

it was a very good paying job, and they was very good on the schedule

I I I don't know dint work there long enough

Experience and responsibility well earned

i like having paid time off.

Nothing because they actualy take off your money if you deop your changer or they do tax duductions

Everything is great.......nice work place

I can pay my bills and have money

Review from Customer Success Dept

I love resturant work and fast food work

The tips are amazing and the customers are super nice.

401 k and health care

No benefits but the pay is good and that's hard to beat in current times.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because I'm treated awfully and the mangers like to push work off to the carhops unless we're in a rush and labor is at risk

Don't even know anything about stock equity or benefits. Don't even know if I get paid time off after a year of employment

To recieve what I am owed only. I never called in the three years I worked for them i did the job of two people and I deserve my pay

To get a compensationwould be great and i just feel stressed working all the time. Couldnt even use my vacation when i wanted

i see how we get expected to work in terrible conditions and are expected to work the same

I made $12 an hour at mg last job and for here i aplied as manager and was expecting my pay

Ive been there a year and have managed to learn every thing in the building besides a bit of the manager duties and yet i still only make 10 dollars an hour plus the few carhops days i get for tips .

Getting feedback from a higher authority

Review from Operations Dept

Hours cut because the manager wants to keep her and her kids in over time

I was told i was going to be getting a raise and never got it.

It was okay. Thank you.

getting the hours requested instead of being jerked around

Nothing really I just want to not be belittled every single time I go to work

Because they dont respect anybody and to make me feel better would be to quit like everybody else did

I do just as much work if not more then the gm and get paid less. I work everyday scheduled I stay late come in early work 6 days a week for a year sometimes 7 when the gm barely gets 5 days in I think I should have gotten more then a 25 cent raise after a year

more money and less hours

We get no benefits or anything at the sonic i worked at

If I actually made what I was hired at

better pay its hot customers are the worse

Being an employee with a positive attitude and a hrs work ethic, with lots of experience and known reliable who does not have an issue doing the job at hand I feel I should be rewarded by pay and recognition instead of bad employees being rewarded and kept on just to fill the space needed of a body
