Sonic Drive-In Outlook Employee Reviews

What makes you most happy at work?

Providing good customer service to the people

Learning new things in the job, it keeps me on my toes about what i need to be at in a fast paced area , Cooking, keeping the store clean & together, getting paid honestly, I feel like i should get paid more for what i endure on a day to day basis but its a job and i cant complain about that. Sonic.

How I can easily interact with the customers, and how they trust me, Its everybody; Teachers, City Officials, Public Servants. people pf the community

The satisfaction of feeding good people

free food, that would help a lot, hasn't happened yet, but I can hold on to hope

Just to see my coworkers happy and feeling satisfied after a long shift!

Bringing home a check to my family

Being with the customers and coworkers

Being able to take care of the customers as fast as possible and seeing there smiles before they leave.

My customers every morning .I've seen the same ones for the last 3 years

The customers, employees, and the fast pace.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Seeing and serving my customers

Being there for the customers and making them happy

Review from Sales Dept

Understanding something or someone when it comes to communication

Tips, and also knowing if I need a hand someone is there to help

Just doing my job everyday

Knowing that the customers are happy with their order.

Making sure the customer is happy with what they ordered

The free food that they give me

Busy days where everyone is working together to meat the same goal

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Well for our specific store the owner have decided that at one point they only wanted two people on a shift and for the most part that sticks for nights because they don't want labor getting high which I understand but that's not fixing it because we're not able to orders out on time

Faster times, better quality of food, and better customer service.

Management is not paying employees properly

Review from Customer Success Dept

speakers are terrible making it harder for employees and customers to hear and card readers are no good and have no tap pay

The management team use personal vindictive tactics against people they dislike for personal reasons not work related

Review from Operations Dept

People dont check and serve moldy food.

Bad communication, not helping other

I have not idea what you can improve

If you could figure out a way to stop the general manager from being a belittling high horse riding power tripping person

People getting fired for the wrong reasons when morning crew managers get drunk and give out alcohol to the morning crew.

Review from Sales Dept

Mold, managers kids running around and getting in the way, lack of proper compensation, broken equipment, lack of authority from GM, and honestly so much more is wrong. I think a whole reset of the upper managemeng or new owenership.

The manegment and employees. I feel like a whole new staff would fix the problem

I feel as if the people running the store need to be better trained and humbled

Review from Customer Success Dept

Dining room is closed, customers are not allowed inside, drive-in isn't available, must go through drive-thru, says GM. I need somebody that knows what they are doing basically. Everyday i come in feeling lost, there is no motivation, just negativity. I have had to leave many jobs in WY cus of that.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Clean all the mold growing in the place

Review from HR Dept

Look into your managers and how they are treating employees outsinde of work

Review from Customer Support Dept

Be true to training, pay and work conditions. None of it is reliable information

the workers and the managers

Having a different figure of athority whom respects all their employees

my general manager she uses her power is against us some of us up for small things and I think if she focus more on the customers we would have a better store

What do you like best about your company?

The food is a Texas tradition!

The people there are cool sometimes

Review from Product Dept

their willingness to work out scheduling changes if needed.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Everything needs some improvement and restoration

Slowing the pace and treating each guest as if they was the only ones there as we take theur order

more employees on closing shift.
