Other then management the team is good help each other out and get the job done

When the general manager goes home then everything runs smoothly
These questions are difficult to answer due to the fact that the management there makes every day uncomfortable. It's become a daily routine or file language is used and disrespect is constant.
It would have to be the crew members.
