I feel like a PES is the heart and soul of the office and we do a lot for our office to make sure everyone is on the same page so i do believe a OES should be paid more

I am happy with how my PM treats us, however I do feel a bit micromanaged by other staff members. I think for those staff members just having more trust in me that I am going to complete the job correctly and timely.
