This company is about hospitality! We are allowed to do as much as we can to assist our customers wothput having to transfer them repeatedly. I love that our company stands behind us if it is what was best for these customers! I definetly recommend Southwest Airlines.

Medical benefits and free flights for my parents as well as my husbanf and I.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to our amazing customers. Even when they have issues 90% of them are extremely compassionate for us agents.

They lift each other up when you are having an off day. We truly are a team where we are at!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all treated equally new and old. Regardless of who we are. The seasoned agents have benn nothing but encouraging for the newbies
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting 4 people from different parts of the company doing the interview, allowing me to get to onow different aspects of the company. Plus these people were so friendly and made me feel at ease and treated me like i was extremelly important throughout the process.
