
A lot of employees are bitter and numb, just going thru the motions. Unionized employees no longer trust management.
Add more Supervisors, better technology and more support. Give the Supervisor team something back, like sick time or double time.
Stop talking and start listening. SWA is brilliant covering up issues and refocusing attention elsewhere. They only ask the questions they want to hear about, but leave out the important stuff.
Supervisors are abused and typically have 1 day off per week. Many Supervisors work overtime each day too. High turnover and bad moral has been the theme in this work group for years. They took our sick time away and combined in with our vacation time. Pay is not in writing or guaranteed.
