Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary alone is less than other airlines. However total benefit package may bring everything up to even.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is fair and respects those under them. Everyones opinion matters and really take time to develop their employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They did take the time to make you feel comfortable and were able to ask as many questions as you had.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is an entire department at SWA. They work hard to keep everyone engaged with weekly culture deck parties and volunteering opportunities.
