My overall experience at SWA has been amazing!! I will celebrate my 27th year in June and have been extremely happy to be a part of the SWA Family!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The Recruiters and hiring Managers make you feel comfortable and at ease during the process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have always had excellent health and dental coverage, despite the increase in premiums paid by Employees. I feel we still have decent plans in place compared to other companies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of our Team is that we truly care about each other and are always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done! We can rely on one another at all times!
What makes you most happy at work?
Working around equally positive and driven SWA Family Members! And feeling that what I do, on a daily basis, makes a difference for the whole Company! Every Employee touches another somewhere down the line! So, we take care of one another!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
9-11 changed the way we all live/work in the United States forever--especially in the Airline industry. However, as a 27 year Southwest Airlines Employee, I have to say that our Leaders have done a remarkable job at overcoming many obstacles resulting in record breaking profits and profit sharing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Legendary SWA Culture is still alive and going strong for almost 50 years! I think the most positive aspect of SWA Culture is that it brings us all together as a Family. Our Leaders not only encourage Employees to participate in Culture activities, they participate as well! We are all equal!!
