What is the best part about your compensation package?
uncapped commission and attainable quotas

The best part of my comp package is the bonus structure and assurance that it gets paid quarterly.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The medical/dental/health packages , stock options, and flexible time off policies are great - but the 2 week parental leave for parents is disappointing. It does not seem that this policy is in line with the company values, I hope to see this become more aligned with other tech companies.

Our culture and environment is one of the happiest - people always have a good time when working, or attending post-work functions. Stampli does a great job of facilitating camaraderie!
