I have been singled out, constantly compared to others in my position, and given only 4 hours a week while other cashiers are getting 20+ hours a week. This has been going on since my second week of working there.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Be more professional and stop being judgemental.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not picking favorites, being fair to every employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing, because it is hard to be happy at work while being singled out.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not qualified for any compensation when I am only being allowed to work 4 hours a week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are all very friendly and most of the managers as well. I only have a problem with the store manager and assistant store manager.
