Constantly able to discuss issues or ask for help . We have each others backs if a person is out we take care of there customers . We can always talk without judgment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The abuse that is allowed by customers to employees and then being graded on calls when you have Tenure within company and are still having to work weekends doing another department job and not your own.
